List has been revised but nobody is present on behalf of the parties.

The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 6.1.2017 passed in Writ Petition No.317 of 2017.

From perusal of the record, it is clear that either the order of this court has been complied with or the parties have lost their interest to proceed with the matter.

In the circumstances, it is needless to keep pending this contempt application.

Accordingly, the present contempt is dismissed with liberty to file application for recall of this order within two months in case matter still survives if such an application is filed it need not be accompanied by any affidavit.
