Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.

This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant to direct the trial court to decide applicant's application dated 28.2.2020 in Complaint Case No. 3304 of 2017 pending before Special Court N.I. Act, Gautambudh Nagar and until the same is decided the trial court be restrain from pronouncing the judgment.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the complaint case is at the stage of hearing. However, interlocutory application filed on 28.2.2020 has not been decided till date.

It is settled law that all interlocutory applications are required to be considered and decided by the court concerned prior to final decision of the case.

Learned AGA submits that he has no objection in case, the aforesaid application is decided.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid application of the applicant in accordance with law prior to final decision of the case.

With the aforesaid direction, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of.
