The present criminal revision has been preferred to set-aside the order dated 30.05.2015 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1 Muzaffarnagar by which the appellate Court affirmed the order dated 02.02.2015 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarnagar by which bail application has been rejected.

Learned A.G.A. submits that the juvenile is acquitted by the trial court vide judgment dated 07.05.2016 passed by Juvenile Justice Board, Muzaffarnagar.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the present criminal revision is dismissed as infructuous.
