1. This First Appeal From order was filed on behalf of Insurance Company against the award passed by Tribunal.
2. Officers of Appellant-Insurance Company and their Advocates are present. None appeared on behalf of Claimant(s).
3. An application to withdraw this appeal duly signed by Authorised Signatory of Appellant-Insurance Company and learned Advocate for Appellant, is filed stating that nothing remained to argue in this case in the light of various judgments passed by Apex Court as well as High Courts. Therefore, there is no reason to pursue this appeal.
4. The application is taken on record.
5. This will bring to an end the lis between the parties. Accordingly, appeal stands withdrawn.
6. The statutory amount deposited at the time of filing of appeal, if not already remitted, be remitted forthwith to Tribunal. This order be sent to Tribunal also alongwith the record, where, if the disbursement is not yet made, the same shall be made.
7. In case there is any Cross Appeal/ Cross Objection filed by Claimant(s) is pending, as on date, that may be listed before the Court for disposal in accordance with law.
