HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD, LUCKNOW BENCH ?Court No. - 3 Case :- WRIT - A No. - 7357 of 2003 Petitioner :- Satyandra Mohan Srivastava Respondent :- U.P.State Ware Housingh Corp. Lucknow Through Its M.D.And Counsel for Petitioner :- A.P.Singh Counsel for Respondent :- R.K.Chaudhary Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J.
Case has been called out in the revised list.
Shri Yogendra Nath Verma, learned counsel for the Corporation is present.
No interim order had been passed in this case.
The petitioner has challenged his termination from service by oral orders.
It appears that similar matters were decided by the Single Judge against which Special Appeal No. 399 of 2011 was filed by the Corporation which was decided by judgment dated 20.03.2013, however, none appears for the petitioner to press this writ petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
It is however made clear that if the petitioner has been allowed to join or his services have been regularized during pendency of this writ petition in view of the judgment in Special Appeal No. 399 of 2011; U.P. State Warehousing Corporation Vs. Sunil Kumar Srivastava and Anr., then, the same shall remain unaffected by this dismissal.
