This is an application for correction in the judgment and order dated 01.08.2022 passed in this case.

Heard.

The typographical error is apparent in the said order. In the fifth line of para-3 of the said judgment the Section "3/4, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act), 2012" have wrongly been mentioned. Rather it should be "3/4 D.P. Act". The application is allowed.

Let the Section "3/4, Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act), 2012" appearing in the fifth line of para-3 of the said order be read and understood as "3/4 D.P. Act". The order dated 01.08.2022 stands corrected accordingly.
