1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner's claim for regular appointment as Ayurveda Pharmacist stands covered by the judgment of this Court dated 26.10.2023 passed in Writ A No.16411 of 2023, Kanhaiya Lal Chauhan and 82 Others v. State of U.P. and 2 others.

3. Learned Standing Counsel does not dispute the same and in view of the above as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, claim of the petitioner was also to be accorded due consideration in the light of the directions issued by this Court in the case of Kanhaiya Lal Chauhan (Supra).

4. Accordingly, this petition also stands disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ A No.16411 of 2023.
