Order on petition:

1. Learned counsel for the parties very fairly state that the controversy in the instant petition is covered by the judgment of a Co-ordinate Bench dated 13.01.2023 in Writ-C No. 39205 of 2022 (Jagdish vs. State of U.P. & Another), wherein this Court has repelled challenge to the decision of the Noida Authority taken in its 191 meeting dated 21.12.2016 fixing Rs. 22,000/- per square metres as compensation to be given in lieu of developed abadi plot in terms of the judgment in Gajraj and Others vs. State of U.P. & Others, 2011 (11) ADJ 1.

2. Consequently, the instant petition, which also seeks same relief, is hereby dismissed.
