2. Prayer of petitioner to decide restoration application No.15 of 2002 (Manmohan Vs. Rajaram & others) in revisions No.694/98 and 695/96, pending before Deputy Director of Consolidation, District- Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) is considered and allowed and this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned Authority will take all endeavour to decide the above referred application after hearing rival parties and taking note of judgment passed by full Bench of this Court in Shivraji Vs. Deputy Director of Consolidation Allahabad, 1997 0 Supreme(All) 806 : 1997 0 RD 562, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from today, if there is no legal impediment.
