1. Heard Sri Santosh Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State, Sri Bharat Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the National Council for Teacher Education (respondent no.2) and perused the record.

2. The controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court pronounced on 06.07.2023 in a bunch of writ petitions connected with Writ-C No. 9773 of 2023.

3. The writ petition is accordingly allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 06.07.2023. The petitioners shall also be entitled to get the same benefits as were conferred upon the petitioners of the aforesaid bunch connected with Writ-C No.9773 of 2023.
