1. The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of charge sheet dated 20.5.2021 as well as the summoning order dated 3.8.2021 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.8948 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.276 of 2021, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 and 427 IPC, Police Station Bilgram, District Hardoi, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate-II, Hardoi.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners want to surrender before the trial court and apply for regular bail. Only prayer is that while considering the bail application of the petitioners, trial Court should take into consideration order dated 07.10.2021 read with judgment dated 11.07.2022 of the Supreme Court rendered in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs Central Bureau of Investigation and others: SLP(Crl) No.5191 of 2021.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the trial Court concerned on or beofre 3.11.2022 and apply for regular bail. Trial Court is directed to consider the bail application of the petitioners in accordance with law and also take into account the order of the Supreme Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil (supra).

4. The party shall file self attested computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad and the concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
