Learned counsel for the applicant after arguing for sometime on instructions submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in this application for quashing the entire proceedings, charge-sheet along with summoning order dated 26.7.2021 in Case No.26278 of 2021, pertaining to Case Crime No.05 of 2021 (State Vs. Umang Srivastava), under Section 294 of I.P.C. and Section 67- A of Information Technology Act, 2000, Police Station-New Agra, distict-Agra and prayed that the applicant is desirous to appear before the trial court within a period of two weeks, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.

In view of the above, prayers made in this application are rejected.

Application is disposed of with the direction that in the event applicant honours his undertaking and files appropriate bail application, Trial Court will undertake all endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
