1. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant.
2. Sri Manjeev Shukla, learned counsel for opposite parties has submitted that the present contempt petition was filed seeking compliance of the order dated 24.07.2020 passed in Writ Petition No.24022 (SS) of 2018. He has further submitted that the aforesaid order was assailed in Special Appeal No.149 of 2022 which has been allowed by means of judgment and order dated 12.04.2022 and judgment and order dated 24.07.2020 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.24022 (SS) of 2018 has been said aside.
3. Considering the fact that the order of the writ court dated 24.07.2020 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.24022 (SS) of 2018 has ceased to exist pursuant to the judgment in Special Appeal, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
4. Notices issued are discharged.
