This revision has been filed against the judgment and order passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, No. 4 Agra on 1.12.2004 in Criminal Appeal No. 7of 2003 under Sections 354/506 I.P.C., Police Station- Malpura, District-Agra arising out of criminal case no. 117 of 2002 as crime no. 162 of 1997 under Section 354/506 I.P.C., Police Station- Malpura, District-Agra passed by Judicial Magistrate, Agra on 3.1.2003 convicting and sentencing the revisionist four years simple imprisonment under Sections 354/506 I.P.C.

No one is present on behalf of the revisionist to press this revision.

Learned Additional Government Advocate is present.

The present case is pending since 2004.

In view of above, the present revision is dismissed for the want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, is vacated.

The revisionist has been granted bail in the year, 2004 by this Court. Now, today none is present on behalf of the revisionist, therefore, bail granted bail by the court is rejected. The revisionist shall serve out the remaining sentence, if any remained.

Office is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned.
