1. Called in revise. None appeared to press this revision and the delay condonation application. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.

2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed against judgement and order dated 20.03.2001 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Allahabad in Case No. 221 of 2001 under Section 26 and 28 of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.

3. This revision has been filed beyond time by 29 days.

4. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.

5. Criminal revision as well as delay condonation application are dismissed.

6. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
