Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been released on bail in following cases:-

(i) Case No. 107/2022, under Sections 380 I.P.C., P.S. Station Devan, District Barabanki.

(ii) Case No. 138/2022, under Sections 3/25 Arms Act, P.S. Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki.

(iii) Case No. 121/2022, under Sections 457/380 I.P.C., P.S. Station Devan, District Barabanki.

(iv) Case No. 136/2021, under Sections 401 I.P.C., P.S. Station Ram Sanehi Ghat, District Barabanki.

(v) Case No. 59/2022, under Sections 457/380 I.P.C., P.S. Station Fatehpur, District Barabanki.

(vi) Case No. 91/2022, under Sections 457/380 I.P.C., P.S. Station Kotwali Nagar, District Barabanki.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to poor financial condition, the petitioner is not in a position to manage six (06) sureties of Rs.50,000/- in all six cases.

As such, he seeks the benefit of judgment passed by Hon'be Supreme Court of India in "Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of U.P." passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl) No. 8914-8915 of 2018.

Considering the aforesaid, it is provided that the petitioner may furnish a personal bond of Rs. 2,00,000/- and two sureties of the like amount which shall be treated to be valid in all other cases above mentioned in which the bail orders have been passed.

With these observations the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.c. is disposed of.
