2. Heard learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents.

3. This revision under section 397 readwith section 401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the Judgment and order dated 30-10-2007 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Lucknow in Sessions Trial No. 270 of 2005,arising out of Case Crime No. 06 of 2005, under sections 302,504,506 I.P.C., Sessions Trial No. 271 of 2005 arising out of Case Crime No. 08 of 2005, under section 3/25 Arms Act and Sessions Trial No. 272 of 2005, arising out of Case Crime No. 09 of 2005 under section 3/25 Arms Act,Police Station-Ashiyana, district-Lucknow.

The trial court after examining the evidence in detail and taking into consideration the submissions of the prosecution and defence, found the accused Gangwar @ Fauzi guilty of the offence under sections 302,504,506 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act sentenced him for the life imprisonment with fine of Rs. 5,000/-He was also sentenced for the offence under sections 504 & 506 I.P.C. and section 3/25 of the Arms Act. The trial court however did not find the charges for the offence under sections 302,504 & 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/25 of the Arms Act against the accused, Mohd. Shakir Ali and Manoj Yadav and acquitted them.

I have perused the impugned Judgment and order passed by the learned trial court and find that the trial court has not committed any error of law, fact or evidence which requires interference by this court in exercise of its powers under section 397 readwith 401 Cr.P.C.. Thus, there is no merit in this revision, which is hereby dismissed.
