Learned counsel for the parties jointly state that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India Vs. Ashish Agarwal; 2022 SCC Online SC 543 decided on 4.5.2022 and, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.
In view of the aforesaid and with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of Union of India Vs. Ashish Agarwal (supra).
