1. The present revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 02.01.2008 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/FTC, Court No. 1, Gonda in Criminal Appeal No.26 of 2006, arising out of Case No.1000/04/02, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Kauria, District Gonda, whereby the Appellate Court had acquitted accused-respondent nos.2 to 5 for the aforesaid offences.

2. The incident allegedly took place in the year 2002. The judgment and order of the Appellate Court is dated 02.01.2008. This revision was filed in the year 2008 and thus, it has remained pending for the last 14 years.

3. The Appellate Court after considering the prosecution case, evidence lead by the parties and the submissions advanced on behalf of the prosecution and defence, had acquitted the accused-respondent nos.2 to 5 for the aforesaid offences. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the Appellate Court has not committed any error of law, facts or evidence for which it requires any interference with the finding of facts recorded by the Appellate Court in exercise of its revisional power under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C.

4. In view thereof, the present revision has no force. It is accordingly dismissed.
