Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A.

By means of this present application the applicants are seeking quashing of entire proceedings of Case No.855/IX of 2017, (State Vs. Khoob Chand and others), arising out of Case Crime No.483 of 2016 under Sections 147, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of I.P.C., Police Station-Sadar Bazar, District-Mathura, pending in the court of Learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) F.T.C. Mathura and all consequential proceedings thereon.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are ready to appear before the Court concerned, file bail application and in case the bail application is filed, the same may be decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, prayers made in this application are rejected and this application is disposed of with the direction that in the event applicants surrender before the concerned court and thereafter files appropriate bail application, Trial Court will undertake all endeavour to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law considering the judgment passed by Supreme Court in Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another, (2021) 10 SCC 773.
