In Re: Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2022

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

The correction application is allowed.

1. In the fourth line of second paragraph, second line of third paragraph and third line of fifth paragraph of order dated 04.08.2022, the date of judgment of order shall be read as "22.11.2021" in place of 22.11.2018".

2. In the fourth and fifth lines of second paragraph and fourth line of fifth paragraph of order dated 04.08.202, the words 'Writ-C No. 38164 of 2018" shall be substituted by the words "Writ-C No. 30555 of 2021".

As such, the order dated 04.08.2022 passed by the Court stand corrected and this order shall form part of the said order.
