1. Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and the learned AGA and perused the record.

2. The present criminal revision under Section 397 read with Section 401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the judgement and order dated 7.8.2007 passed by the the learned Additional Sessions Judge/FTC-6, Lucknow in Sessions Trial No.1233 of 1999, whereby respondents no.2 to 4 had been convicted under Section 323.34 IPC and acquitted of the offences under Sections 147, 149, 307 IPC.

3. The incident is of the year 1999. 33 years have gone by since the date of incident.

4. I have considered the impugned judgment and acquittal/conviction. I do not find any infirmity, illegality or any error of jurisdiction in the impugned judgement, which warrants interference by this Court in the impugned judgement and order of acquittal in exercise of its revisional jurisdiction.

5. The revision petition being without merit and substance, is hereby dismissed.
