Shri D.K. Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition be disposed of in terms of judgment passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Writ A No.5356 of 2021 (Rahul Singh vs. State of U.P. and 3 others), decided on 5.10.2021, as it is submitted that this writ petition is based on similar facts.

Learned Standing Counsel has no objection if the said writ petition be disposed of in terms of Rahul Singh (Supra). However, he submits that facts of present case are not similar to the fact of Rahul Singh (Supra).

Therefore, in these circumstances and without entering into merit of case, this writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to petitioner to ventilate his grievances before the concerned authorities which may be addressed, expeditiously, in accordance with law and, if necessary, he may also take note of the aforesaid judgment.
