Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Mata Prasad, learned Standing Counsel.

It is stated that judgment of this Court dated 06.10.2021 passed in Writ-A No.8570 of 2019 has been complied with which fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.

In this respect, a compliance affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order dated 03.01.2022 and 07.01.2022 passed by the opposite parties deciding the representation of the applicant.

However, if the applicant is aggrieved by the order passed by the authority concerned, he may avail remedy available to him in law.

Since the order of Writ Court has been complied with, therefore, contempt notices are discharged.

The contempt application is dismissed and is consigned to record.
