Sri H.P. Dube, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, at the outset, states that he proposes to delete the petitioner no.1 from the array of the parties and seeks to maintain the writ petition on behalf of the remaining petitioners nos. 2 to 15.
To this submission, no objection could be taken by the learned Standing Counsel.
The prayer to delete the petitioner no.1 from the array of parties is hereby allowed. The writ petition is being maintained on behalf of the remaining petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners may make necessary corrections within the course of the day.
Office is directed to make necessary correction in the cause title of the case in the computer data.
