This petition has been filed challenging the reservation list of Villag Allupur, list for which has been published on 02.03.2021.

Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the petitioner prays for compliance of the provisions of the Government Order dated 11.02.2021 which has already been set aside by the Division Bench of this Court on 15.03.2021.

Let the objections that have been filed by the petitioner on 05.03.2021 shall be considered in the light of observations made by this Court in its judgment and order dated 15.03.2021 before the publication of list on 25.03.2021.
