Heard Ms. Smriti, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anil Chaubey, learned Standing Counsel.
Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that in pursuance to the judgment and order dated 15.02.2021 passed in P.I.L.(Civil) No.6929 of 2021(Ajay Kumar Singh versus State of U.P. and others),a fresh tentative list of reservation has been issued and if the petitioner has any grievance, he may avail appropriate remedy against the same as available under law. Therefore this writ petition has rendered infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available under law against the fresh reservation, if aggrieved.
