Following orders were passed on 28.07.2021:-

"Put up as fresh on 30.7.2021, in order to enable the learned Standing Counsel to place before this Court the judgment of this Court passed in Writ Petition No. 26183 of 2018 decided on 21.6.2021."

On behalf of the petitioner it is not shown that the dispute raised in the present petition is not covered by the aforesaid judgment, instead a request for adjournment is made, which is not liable to be accepted in view of the previous order passed.

Written instructions have otherwise been placed on record, as per which cut of marks in the petitioner's category is 122.98, whereas the petitioner has secured 121 marks. The recruitment was also completed on 20.09.2019.

In such circumstances, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. Writ petition is dismissed.
