The present revision has been filed against the judgement and order dated 31.01.2002 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track II) Ghaziabad in Criminal Revision No. 166 of 2001 and setting aside the summoning order dated 25.04.2001 in complaint case no. 423 of 2001 under Section 323, 392, 506 and 120B I.P.C. Police Station Sihani Gate, Ghaziabad passed by IInd A.C.J.M., Ghaziabad and consequently dismissed the complaint.

This revision was filed in the year 2002 and the matter appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time.

In the fact and circumstances of the case this revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.

Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
