Heard Mr. Alok Krishan Tripathi, learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The impugned judgment and decree dated 14.08.2020, passed in Appeal No. 00527 of 2020, arsing from a decree of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Muzaffarnagar in Suit No. 266 of 2017, under Section 144 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is appealable to the Board of Revenue under Section 219 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.

This order will, however, not prejudice the rights of the petitioner to pursue his remedy of appeal.
