This writ petition has been filed to seek compliance of the judgment passed by Supreme Court in the case of Shakti Vahini Versus Union of India and others dated 27.03.2018.

The compliance of the judgment of Supreme Court can be sought by a contempt petition before it. It is more so when no direction was given on this Court to seek compliance.

It seems that on behalf of one Rajesh Kumar Gupta, a petition was preferred before the Apex Court about the wilful neglect of life of Ms. Sahimun Nisha. On the aforesaid, the Apex Court vide its order dated 15.03.2021 gave liberty to approach the High Court. This Court has not been approached in reference to the petition preferred before the Supreme Court on behalf of Rajesh Kumar Gupta and his friend but to seek compliance of the judgment of Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition would not be maintainable. However, it is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to come out with a proper petition, if any grievance exists and for which the petitioner preferred a petition before the Apex Court.

The petition is disposed of.
