1. The matter is listed before the National Lok Adalat.

2. Learned counsel for the Insurance Company is present. None has appeared on behalf of the claimant(s).

3. Presently, the Insurance Company feels that the matter is covered by the judgment of the Apex Court and, therefore, it does not wish to pursue this appeal. The officer of the Insurance Company has filed an application for withdrawal of appeal. He has been identified by Advocate, Sri Ram Chandra appearing alongwith Sri Pranjal Mehrotra, Advocate. The application is retained on record. The appeal is deemed settled as withdrawn.

4. Requisite Court fees as per Legal Service Authorities Act, 1987 would be refunded to the appellant(s) as the matter has been settled in the Lok Adalat.

5. This will bring to an end lis between the parties. Let this order be communicated to the Tribunal along with its records.

6. If the award under challenge has yet not been satisfied, the same shall be satisfied within one month from today.

7. Any amount deposited including pre-deposit may be remitted to the Tribunal for satisfaction of the award.

8. Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
