The writ petition has been filed challenging the judgment and order dated 10.3.2021 passed in Claim Petition No. 1520 of 2019 by the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal.

Mr. Dheerendra Kr. Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing for petitioner after arguing the matter at some length makes a statement at the Bar that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
