Heard Sri Vishwanath Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner through Video Conferencing and Sri Shri Prakash Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State.

At the very outset learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly placed before this Court the judgment rendered in Writ A No.26813 of 2018 (Ajay Prakash Mishra and 216 others vs. State of U.P. and 3 others) wherein this Court vide judgment dated 21.6.2021 had decided similar controversy involved in the present writ petition.

Sri Mishra states that the prayer made in the writ petition had already been considered and decided in the case of Ajay Prakash Mishra and 216 others (supra) which fact is not disputed by learned Standing Counsel.

In view of the above, the writ petition is decided in terms of the judgment in Ajay Prakash Mishra and 216 others (supra).

The writ petition stands disposed of.
