Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not issue to the respondents.

The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Gautam Buddha Nagar to decide the Execution Case No. 114 of 2019 (Meenakshi Sharma and Others vs. State of U.P. and Others) for execution of the judgment and order dated 24.03.2018 within stipulated period.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Court No.6, Gautam Buddha Nagar to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment.
