The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer for writ of mandamus commanding the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia i.e. respondent no.3 to make payment to the petitioner in accordance with the judgment dated 26.8.2020 passed by the Supreme Court in Sanjay Singh & Anr. v. State of U.P. & Ors. (Civil Appeal No.8300 of 2020) and the order dated 7.9.2020 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in Special Appeal (Defective) No.399 of 2020 (Uma Kant Pandey & Anr. v. State of U.P. & 4 Ors.).

The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled to the payment in accordance with the orders referred above but the benefits referred above have not been extended to him despite repeated representations having been filed by him before the concerned authorities.

The petitioner may file a fresh representation before the District Inspector of Schools, Ballia bringing to his notice all the necessary facts and documents who after considering the records shall decide the representation by a reasoned order and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing the representation alongwith a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
