Learned Standing Counsel informs the Court that the judgment of the Writ Court dated 21.08.2019, alleging non-compliance of which present contempt petition has been filed, has been stayed by the Apex Court vide order dated 20.05.2020 passed in Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No.7587 of 2020.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid, the contempt petition is consigned to records with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate application for revival of this contempt petition in case the stay order is vacated or S.L.P. is dismissed.
