The controversy in the present writ petition has already been decided by the judgment and order dated 14.10.2020 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 5540 of 2020 and connected writ petitions wherein it has been held that the enquiry report submitted against persons similarly situated as the petitioners as well as different show cause notices issued consequent to the said enquiry report and orders for registering a first information report were illegal and were quashed and set-aside.

In view of the aforesaid judgment dated 14.10.2020 passed by this Court in Writ - A No. 5540 of 2020, the present writ petition is also allowed.

The orders dated 17.2.2020 passed by the Special Secretary (Basic Education), Uttar Pradesh Government, Lucknow, 25.6.2020 & 26.6.2020 / 21.9.2020 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, District Azamgarh and 27.6.2020 passed by the Finance and Account Officer, District Azamgarh, are, hereby, quashed.
