This Revision has been preferred against order dated 23.11.2020, passed by the learned Special Judge (S.C./S.T. Act) Room No. 2, Shahjahanpur (J.O. No. 2032) in Complaint Case No. 30 of 2020 (Indra Bhushan Gautam vs. Dr. Room Basant Singh and another), P.S. Sadar Bazar, District Shahjahanpur, whereby the complaint filed by revisionist has been dismissed under Section 203 Cr.P.C.
In view of principles of law laid down in the case of Provision of Section 14A of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015 v. Nil connected with other two petitions [2018(10)ADJ 634 (Full Bench), the instant revision, against impugned order passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act) is not maintainable.
The revision is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh appeal/ application in the light of the aforesaid judgment, if so advised.
Certified copy of the impugned order, if any, be returned back after having its photo copy on record.
