The application seeking exemption from filing certified copies of the order of the High Court is allowed.

Order on Memo of Appeal
By this appeal, a challenge is made to the judgment dated 04.01.2021 whereby, the writ petition preferred by the petitioner to challenge the order of minor punishment was dismissed finding no procedural illegality in passing the order of punishment. The appeal and revision preferred by the appellant were also dismissed by the competent authority finding no error in holding enquiry.
Learned counsel for the appellant could not indicate any illegality in the inquiry or the order of punishment and accordingly, we do not find any reason to cause interference in the order of learned Single Judge.
The appeal fails and is accordingly dismissed.
