Heard Sri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned Counsel for the applicants and perused the record.

This is an application for correction/modification of order dated 16.08.2018 passed in Review Application No. 60964 of 2017 by a Division Bench of this Court comprising Hon'ble Anil Kumar, J. and one of us (Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh, J.).

Sri Atul Kumar Dwivedi, learned Counsel for the applicants has pointed out that against the judgment and order dated 16.08.2018 passed in Review Application no. 60964 of 2017 and order dated 03.04.2008 passed in Special Appeal No. 88 of 2006, applicants have filed Special Leave Petition (Civil) Diary No (s). 17165 of 2019 before the Apex Court and the Apex Court, vide judgment and order dated 01.07.2019, dismissed the aforesaid appeal on the ground of delay as well as on merits. Thereafter, he has filed the instant application for correction/modification of order dated 16.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, we are of the view that once the order dated 16.08.2018, which is sought to be corrected/modified by means of the instant application, has attained finality, the same cannot be corrected/modified at this belated stage.

The application is, accordingly, rejected.
