Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

Petitioner has filed present writ petition with prayer of following reliefs:-

"I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties specially opposite party No.3 to grant the pensionary benefits gratuity, with all consequential service benefits.

II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to decide the representation dated 28.11.2020 and extend the benefit which has been granted to the similarly situated persons, in the light of judgment and order passed by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of "V. Sukumaran versus State of Kerala and another."

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner would be sufficiently met in case his representation is decided by the opposite party No.3, Nideshak, Sthaniy Nidhi Lekha Pareeksha Vibhag, Sangam Place 6th Floor, Civil Lines Prayagraj, in a time bound manner to which, learned counsel for opposite parties has no objection.

In view of aforesaid, the petitioner is permitted to move a fresh representation to the opposite party No.3 within a period of two weeks from today, annexing therewith a certified copy of this order as well as all other documents to support his case. In case such a representation is moved, the opposite party No.3 shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.

The writ petition is disposed of.
