Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 9.10.2018 whereby the services of the petitioner, who was employed on contractual appointment, was terminated by way of a stigmatic order.

The facts of the present case are squarely covered by the judgment of this Court passed in Writ A No. 2832 of 2021.

Considering the arguments raised at the Bar and the judgment of this Court in dated 18.2.2021, the writ petition is disposed off on the same terms and conditions as in the judgment dated 18.2.2021 passed in Writ Petition (A) No. 2832 of 2021. Directions issued in the order dated 18.2.2021 shall be applicable to the present case also.
