Order on Crl. Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2019

This is an Application seeking correction in order dated 03.08.2018 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court.

Learned A.G.A. has no objection if this Correction Application is allowed.

The present Correction Application is allowed and stands corrected as follows:

Paragraph 2 of the order dated 03.08.2018 is deleted and at that place, the paragraph mentioned below is inserted:

"By way of instant Government Appeal, prayer has been made on behalf of State-Appellant to grant leave to appeal against the judgment and order dated 24.04.2006 passed by Sri O.P. Sinha, Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Mirzapur acquitting the accused-opposite parties for the offence under Sections 323/34, 504, 506, 426 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(x) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Jigna, District Mirzapur."
