The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the orders 20.2.2020 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Saharanpur in Revision No.87/2017530960000241 and the order dated 17.8.2017 passed by the Settlement Officer of Consolidation, Saharanpur as well as the order dated 24.09.2012 passed by the Consolidation Officer, Saharanpur.

The orders have been passed in proceedings registered under Section 9-A(2) of the U.P Consolidation of Holdings Act, 1953 and in the consequential appeal and revision filed by the petitioners.

Through the impugned orders, the consolidation authorities have recorded the area of the disputed plot according to the Bandobasti and rejected the application of the petitioners to record a lessor area of the disputed plot.

The findings recorded by the consolidation authorities are concurrent findings and in view of the judgments of the Supreme Court reported in Hasan Ali & Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors. 1992 Supp (2) SCC 70 and Muneshwar (Dead) By Lrs. Vs. Raja Mohammad Khan & Ors. (1998) 6 SCC 582, it is not a fit case for interference by this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The writ petition is dismissed.
