1. The delay in filing this appeal having been condoned vide order of date passed on Delay Condonation Application, let appeal be registered with regular number.

2. Admit.

3. Issue notice to the unrepresented respondent by speed / registered post.

4. Steps be taken immediately.

5. The judgment and decree shall remain stayed if the appellant-Insurance Company deposit the entire award along with interest within 12 weeks from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.

6. To be heard with First Appeal From Order Defective No.702 of 2019.
