In view of the above, we direct this petition to be listed along-with record of the above referred writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents may file counter affidavit in the meantime and inform the Advocate General as the validity of the appendix -1 of the U.P. Basic Education Teachers Service Rules, 1981 as substituted by U.P. Basic (Teachers) Service (20th amendment) Rules, 2017 is under challenge.
