1. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.3 (Executive Engineer, Vidyut Nagariya Vitran Khand, Aishbagh, Lucknow) to close electricity connection of the petitioner and adjust the deposit made by the petitioner against the electricity bill amount.

2. There are disputed questions of fact. It would be appropriate for the petitioner to approach Superintending Engineer concerned for redressal of his grievance.

3. Shri Rajat Bansal, Advocate has appeared for respondents no.2 and 3 and has assured the Court that in case a detailed representation is made by the petitioner to Superintending Engineer concerned, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed of within 30 days of its filing.

4. In view of the assurance made to the Court on behalf of respondents no.2 and 3, this petition is disposed of.
