The judgment and decree shall remain stayed if the appellant-Insurance Company deposit the entire award along with interest within 12 weeks from today, out of which, 25% shall be invested in an interest fetching account / FDR in a nationalised Bank and the balance 75% shall be released to the claimant - respondents without furnishing security within one month thereafter.
