The petitioner has filed this petition for a direction upon the respondents to execute tender agreement in pursuance to the order dated 14.2.2019 passed by the Managing Director, State Warehousing Corporation.

A preliminary objection has been taken that the aforesaid tender process is under challenge in two writ petitions, which are already fixed for Monday, i.e. on 20.5.2019.

In view of the above, let this petition be also placed before the appropriate Bench along-with the above two writ petitions i.e. Writ C Nos.8178 of 2019 and 6153 of 2019.
